Professional Couriers - Late delivery of the letter

I have booked a letter containing the financial assistance format of my son through Professional courier, Ujire to Bengaluru office on **.**.****. Usually, it will take one to two days to reach offices at Bengaluru. However, it reached the office on **.**.****. The last date to reach the office was **.**.****. Hence, my son deprived of getting financial assistance.

My wife is working as a lecturer in Government Pre University College. There is a provision to meet the expenses of children's education of teachers. Previous four years also, we have applied for financial assistance and we got Rs ****/- (At that time son studying **th standard) and Rs ****/- (Son studying Engineering). This year we have applied for both financial assistance and merit scholarship. The amount of financial assistance is Rs ****/- and the amount of merit scholarship is Rs ****/-. Hence we want to lodge a complaint against Professional couriers for Rs ****/-
