food order placed to swiggy on *th November **** and had following three issues once received the order very late & not gotten appropriate response from swiggy (including mail sent on the same day & reminder mail sent on *.**.**) -
*. Food quality (insect found in one item) which is very serious issue but Swiggy has not taken seriously
*. Food was not at all hot (this suppose not to be acceptable to anyone)
*. After attending so many calls from delivery partner and guided him time and again delivery received too late (taken about * hours time to deliver).
