I have ordered meals from Zomato at *.** PM, when I am ordering it shown delivery time **mins so I thought it will deliver at least by *.** PM. but it not delivered on time when I call customer care they said we are very sorry and initiate **/- token amount for the delay delivery. But I did not accept it asked them to deliver in time or cancel the order and return the money. Again one support team called and spoke rudely and also he said we will cancel the order and you need to pay ***/- cancellation charges (the amount I already paid for the order) so in directly He said we will cancel the order and take the amount. I wonder How he is talking literately I got frustrated. How fair he is asking to pay the cancellation fee that equals to the ordered amount. He wantedly put my call on hold when I'm talking he saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE PLS WAIT. Worst service they provided.
