I purchased two sweaters from Myntra on **th December as the delivery date was **th Dec on app and this was a gift to my cousin who was leaving to go abroad soon. Myntra did not send me any notifications about the status of my order, no emails, no text messages, no calls. I waited till ** december eve, still no update so I called customer wherein the staff had no idea about my order and said it has been delayed and they would raise a complaint and get my product delivered in next ** hours. I wasn't happy and told them my situation and even spoke to a superviaor who told me there's not much he can do. So i told them I would post about this on twitter. So on the night of **th December, ****, I tweeted about this tagging myntra and got a reply to treat this as n exception and they would update me. On **th the product got delivered. My whole purpose of ordering the product was ruined. Service promise here was not only about delivering the product, it was also about getting it delivered at the promised time. It is misleading to this and on top of that I was provided no updates/ notifications about my order. This is cheating the customer.
