Bloomsvilla - Late delivery and false delivery case of forged signature

Worst experience… such a spoiler of your important event. They suck...complete fraud, inaccessible, torturous, waste of time and money and cheats of the first order. Their chat assistance is robotic n keep asking same questions.. no one answers the call. They are also liars..they marked my product delivered and also fudged the signature. Can someone help me sue them. I want to take the to consumer court.
