I know for sure that I packed the laptop pretty well with sponge foam inside and a cardboard box overall, it was pretty in tight. But when they received the laptop, they messaged me (**.*.**) saying that the laptop was damaged and sent a pic in which a similar model of my laptop was damaged in the left side corner, I requested them to send a video of the laptop working, they didn't and when I asked whether the laptop was working, they replied with "yes" but a day later (**.*.**) they said the battery is down and the keyboard is not working.
