Om filed complaint against Gameloot on Apr 26, 2019
I sold a ps* game to game loot on ** April for rupees **** but on ** April I was told that my game had scratches and will be returned (even though my game had no scratches as it was just * months old and bluray discs do not develop scratches so easily) but still I accepted. But it has been * days and I have neither got my game back nor the money for the game. I even mailed the company for this issue but I am not getting any response from them and even the customer support is not picking up the phone.
I purchased the game from game loot only for rupees ****, I can put additional information if needed. Please look upon the issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
