Gameloot - Console damaged by gameloot

I wanted to sell my Xbox One S (*** gb) console to gameloot. Before returning the console I logged out of my microsoft account from the console and it was working perfectly fine. During the checkup by gameloot engineers, they informed that the console was not turning on. I checked on the microsoft support forum and in most cases using an unauthorized power supply cable causes this issue. They refused to accept my console. It was delivered back to me and I checked that the power supply was faulty, and it wasn't turning on.
