Sheoraj suman filed complaint against Dell on Apr 18, 2021
I have purchased a laptop last week , i asked the store to replace the laptop! They are asking me to contact dell customer care ! Is the right procedure ? I am not asking for refund! The product is also in exact new condition. It’s just that this laptop is not functional with my applications. I just want to upgrade it that too within ** days. This kind of replies make us very dissapointed. I think, people giving such responses should not be part of such big brands.
Please get replacement of my laptop as it’s impacting my work.
