Dell - laptop not work from last 2 month and dell have no any proper solution

i have dell laptop and there is some slow speed and hanging issue. i log a complaint on dell support and dell change my motherboard but still same problem. after that again same issue report by me and dell change HDD but same hanging issue. i lose my data, my all work pending due to issue in laptop but dell have only one solution that, please reinstall OS. i install OS many time but again same issue. i am very diopinted . kindly help to file a harasment case on Dell
