need help, have an Asus laptop in warranty. but it's having several issues & d customer service executive from Asus are not able to remove the problem from past * months. they take the laptop & still d same problem is der. neither dey r able to replace it nor dey r willing to remove the problem. it's already * months & if d same continues my laptop will not be in warranty after * months. plz help. wats d point of having warranty wen dey can't replace it or remove my problem. infact dey r not even able to diagnose it. dey make d laptop's condition worse Dan b*. dey don't even provide on site warranty. according to Dem on site warranty is jst pick & drop.
