I have an existing case ID with HP **********.
I have been following up with their support number for over * weeks. I was assured a resolution within ** hours when I first contacted them. Their technicians have diagnosed my laptop twice and still the case has not been updated. Every time the technician has diagnosed my laptop, they concluded that the fingerprint scanner needs replacement and the overheating issue exists. I was told that the part will be ordered and the same will be replaced in the next * days. But on contacting them, HP does not have details of its own technicians and their visits. I have been contacting them every day since then. Every time they create a work order and assign a technician to diagnose. I have been explaining that my Laptop has already been diagnosed twice and now it needs repair. But due to poor maintenance of records on the side of HP they have no information of all these events. I even contacted Mr. Supreet Rathore (HP Head, Madhya Pradesh) but even that call did not help. I request to escalate this issue as the warranty period is about to end.
