I have subscribed to * relax plans. Issues are
- no proactive follow up or updates from RM
- weekly reports not received despite multiple follow ups
- zero conversion from leads to interested category
- multiple calls received until you subscribe for the plan. Post subscription no follow up other than just responding to chats or when asked to call back
- RM changed without prior information
- feedback call received and all above was shared. Staff promised to call me back next day but no call received till date
- there is no reference to any escalation matrix and so no point in trying to reach beyond the usi sal call center
- hopeless service - highly recommend not to waste money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
