Netmeds.com - Lack of Customer Centricity and Misbehaviour through their acts Cancellation without consumer custom

I am Juvenile Diabetic since year **** and as part of treatment i am mandatorily required to take insulin daily as prescribed. As a routine i buyed one of life saving drug Insulin from Netmeds.com along with Novopen. They delivered Novopen but kept life saving insulin pending with scheduled delivery at **th May ****. Without concern consumer/ customer consent they (Netmeds_ cancelled the life saving insulin. While or prior to cancelling life saving insulin they had not called or texted to consumer / customer that order is cancelled due to certain reasons.

Precisely they cancelled the life saving insulin without customer / consumer consent after many days of ordering.

Looking forward for let said organization called as NETMEDS know what consumer/ customer means in any business by penalizing them severely in view of non customer centric approaches, behaviour and practices.

Looking forward for severe penalties in view of inappropriate consumer / customer centricity and practices ie cancelling without customer / consumer consent.

No action in this regard will encourage such inapt practices and behaviour towards customers/ consumers to continue at large.
