This complaint is related to suspension of my service connection by ACT. I would like to inform you that I made payment in Aug'** with service validity till **.**.**. But in the month of Dec'** my plan has been upgraded to Giga without my consent or explicit authorization, i was seeing through the plans available in their app while clicked to view the plan details in their app without knowing the price with GST, my plan got migrated to Giga plan without my explicit approval. Hence i requested customer support to restore my old plan, after reviewing the issue from their end they have moved me back to the old plan. But I have been asked to pay an amount with a due date on **.**.** which is not in the true spirit of consumerism.
Kindly advise them to restore to old validity till **.**.** and also extend * days for the disconnected days from **.**.**.
