Shilpa PV filed complaint against Label Suit on Oct 3, 2020
I had ordered on Label Suit.Order no is LS***********.No delivery and no refund.When called customer care,they are asking to download any desk app on my phone and initiate refund.But I came to know that it is a remote desktop connection application.Hence,I denied.So,they told me that then you will not get a refund and disconnected the call.Kindly help on this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
