Upma shree filed complaint against Kreeva.com on Nov 16, 2021
Received my product on **th nov ...which was of worst quality and torn from neck side and foil work was coming out of everywhere and i mailed them for the above issue and asked for refund and return request but they are not replying and their phone no. Is not answerable by them . I have been cheated by them coz i have no idea what to do ...worst experience with this website .they cheat their customers by sending ghatiya product and then they dont even reply on issues .please help me with the refund of rs**** as i am in leh right now and delivery service will be stopped in few days coz of snowfall .i want to return my product asap and need my refund .
