i brought a kodak smart tv from amazon. now it’s not working properly. some lines come on the screen. i tried calling the customer care no one picking up the phone. then i draft a mail to them on * sep ****, on ** sep **** they replied "dear customer,
we apologize for the inconvenience.
we request you to please share some pictures of your tv so that we can check this out and proceed further"
then i sent the picture of my tv on ** sep ****, after sending lots of mail they replied on ** sep ****
"dear customer,
thank you for sharing the images.
please be informed that we have highlighted this to the concerned team, same will be attended within **-**hrs.
we appreciate your patience and cooperation in this regard.
if there's anything else we can help you with please let us know.

hereafter i try to contact them by mail several times but there is no replay and no one came to service my product. every month i am spending inr *** as cable and net purpose. in this two months, we can't see tv news and other programs normally we are seeing i spend inr***** on the tv now i lost the trust of kodiak. i don't want their product i need my money back please help me. i don't know its possible or not. all the thing above mentioned it is true i can submit my mail data for proof. here i am attaching the picture of the tv
