I Purchased a New Kodak LED Smart TV through Flipkart and it was working fine for the first ** days. After that it was not supporting out Cable DTH as AV was not connecting. After i gave a complaint their Technician visited and said that the Board is defective and it should be replaced. and they are not giving any update after that.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
