I had a complaint to file against a television company Kodak which is failing to come and repair my television which is under warranty. I had purchased the product on Flipkart with an exchange of an old TV and paid ***** finally. They have been postponing the matter for * months now and I have hardly * months till I cant claim this warranty before it expires.They are really giving me a hard time inspire of me calling and mailing them. They customer service is of no value neither is the warranty they claim.
Kindly help me with my matter as soon as possible please.
