Madhurita filed complaint against KFC on Feb 5, 2023
I have placed an order through KFC App. Order Number - K***W*****. I have placed an order for delivery and somehow in message i got it as Pickup. I am not sure if it was Glitch. I called the KFC Place and the workers were quite rude, i have explained them the problem and they asked to me pay extra charges for the delivery incase if i want it to be delivered. I have accepted for that but still the order didn't receive. I called them and asked for refund and they were like it is not possible and Hung up. I just need my refund back.
