Justdial.com - JustDial ECS Cancellation

I was visited by an employee of JustDial who persuaded me to take the services of Justdial for three months for promoting my business, and if I don't like the services or I have any issue then I can stop their services anytime after the third month. I have used their services for six months and I felt that my business is not getting any profit from it and my hard-earned money is going to waste as my shop is closed for the last one and a half months due to lockdown and the pandemic. I have had huge losses which I feel are irrecoverable and I am not having the luxury to afford a useless service like that of JustDial. I talked with customer care and they said that the services will stop after **-** hours a person from the accounting department will call me, and I felt relieved. But when I received the call their employee from the accounting department stated rudely that I have signed an ECS NACH contract and I will have to continually pay for a period of ** months whether I like to use the service or not. This is nothing more than duping the clients/customers of money. They are just looting simple people like me who believe that they will actually help new businesses but they are helping only themselves by making a fool out of us.
