We asked for a service with Justdial, asking for our name 'INTERCARE PEST CONTROL' to be listed on top in Tiruvannamalai and nearby region for pest control. Justdial representative Ajay, approached us and suggested with a package called Standard and promised us this package is enough to list our name on top *. We made payment for first invoice amounting ****.**on **st feb **** and the next ECS for **** on **th feb **** itself. Justdial didnt provide the service we asked and when we asked for refund, replied us saying about some contracts which is not informed us. All the background work is done by their representative itself without informing us. We mailed Justdial team asking for full refund, since they did not provided us the service we asked.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
