Jiomart - Jiomart ordered items not delivered and not refunded despite contacting many times

Hi sir,
I ordered (order number *****************A)daily supplies via jioretail app on Aug *st(my first order from jioretail app ). Delivery boy only delivered only set of items this was brought immediately to concerned person and jio cust care;calls, creating numerous support tickets,despite many follows (send snaps of items received in ** min of receiving items) , receipt copy and informed cust care with bill etc so many times. There is ***+inr worth of items missing.
This is *rd month and I don't know what needs to be done for initiating refund of my ***inr worth of items that's never delivered.
