Ordered for several items including Riso rice bran oil, * liters container, with a free * liter pouch of Riso rice bran oil. However, the free * liter packet was not delivered. Sent several mails and called almost every day. However, all my tickets were closed, and every time I call the customer care number, they give me a commitment that the free packet would be delivered the next day. Following tickets closed without a correct resolution **********, **********, have been closed. No delivery agent has called me nor has delivered my missing packet.
