Hello, I'm reaching out because I've been facing a significant issue with my JioFiber relocation request. I relocated my residence just *** meters away, and we applied for relocation on December **. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support, we haven't received any response or assistance.
They were assured that the relocation process is easy and swift, but it's been over **days without any progress and no proper response
Unfortunately, this delay is severely impacting my ability to work from home, causing considerable frustration.I need urgent assistance in resolving this If there's no progress, I may have to explore other options, such as filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.is that possible
We have reached out to both the sales team and the installation person multiple times as advised, regarding an issue, but unfortunately, our concerns have not been addressed adequately. Despite numerous attempts, the lack of response and proper communication is causing significant inconvenience. I would like to formally file a complaint about this matter and seek a resolution at the earliest.
The person who booked and installed our JioFiber connection they not responding properly it gots irritated. Visited three stores, encountered unresponsive staff, and faced delays without clear information. Concerned about wasted recharge and internet due to relocation issues.for more than half month Requesting assistance and a resolution for better customer service till now no one is responding us properly many of them facing this issue why they doing like this means relocation was free so only they delaying I speak with one person they told give me *** I will fix you in **minutes this is one of their scam need to expose this..
