I took Jiofibre around **th/**st June .The sales representative did not give me complete information..I was under the impression that jiofibre is like any other DTH connection.He had not informed me that the connection is completely based on OTT.
From the day the connection has been installed neither the internet nor the DTH connection are working.
I keep calling and texting the manager but they keep saying mam it is updating..I have sent a video for the same
