Jiofibre - Jio Fibre declining relocation request in serviceable area

I have shifted from RajNagar Extension Ghaziabad to Shastrinagar ghaziabad.
My elder brother already have a jio connection , i transferred mine as well at home. However I have been informed that there are no ports available. And are no denying refund as well as connection.
