Enus Benjamin filed complaint against Jio Fiber on Feb 8, 2021
I took Jio Fiber connection in Oct ****. in Feb ****, i shifted to a new home and requested for relocation. My new home is just ** km from my old one. But jio team said that for "Technical Reasons" relocation is not available and asked me to go for new connection. When i request for terminating old connection, they say that balance amount will not be refunded. This is outright theft of my money.
