I am a Freelancing Software Developer. I am heavily dependent upon Internet to post my source code to customer repository on daily basis. The internet service is out for a week now. I have raised complaint (SR*******M*V) with Jio but there has been no response from the company. I have called them many times but they either hang up the phone or tolerate it to next date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
