Jio air fibre - Jio fibre is not working frequent disconnection

I am facing jio fibre internet issue, frequent disconnected issue, internet slowness issue, frequent apps logout issue, i have already raised multiple tickets addressing issue but none got resolved - * times engineer came for visit - but none was helpfull , even they are unable fix the issue internet disconnect, kindly help fixing issue or atleast refund my money for whole year as from beginning i am facing issue and have raised multiple service tickets as below:
TS******TS*W, SR******IGDE, SR*****YTE*K, SR*****XL**T, SR*****WJL**, SR*****VWD*Z, SR*******XSH, SR*******MXV,
SR*******MQQ, SR*******WHX, SR*******WXP
I took connection on February **th, till now i have raised around * tickets which all are closed without solving issue.
shivu, shashikumar are all just telling as we will fix issue - but doing nothing. I need issue fix or refund of my money - kindly help me on same. Service centre team just raises ticket and does nothing above that.
