Jio air fibre - Air fibre connection not giving since 2 months

One of the jio air fibre executive came to my house and asked to take the conection. But I a was denied because I have already faced a problem with jio connection last time they are not responding.but this time exicutive said that by ** hours I will give you thalli connection but * months completed but till now not got the connection that person whos was taken the advance booking not lifting the calls and I have talked to customer care executive number of times nearly ** times but not solved my problem till now
