Jio air fibre - False promise from jio air fiber about voucher

Good evening
I took new air fiber connection for ** months.later after * months i have shifted house so i requested for relocation air fiber. Technician came and installed new connection at new house by paying amount and said i will get my old balance by voucher with in ** days.. But after completing ** days i haven't received any voucher and my connection has been stopped because of low balance.. I have spoke to customer care saying its a technical issue to wait till ** June. Should i stop my work to because of your technical issues.. Even though i spoke to customer multiple time gave different dates and again saying pay to amount so my service will be activated. Its has been **days by disconnecting my connection even i have registered complaint in national consumer on june ** no response
