Jio sales man mujipur rehman came to my house himself and forced us to make a sale for the new postpaid connection plan jio introduced. I PAID FOR * MONTHS(****) on Saturday **th. They promised same day installation. Monday i called them , he said Tuesday confirmed. Morning he kept lying telling that by ** am. then by *pm. kept calling him several times then he told me not to disturb him and he didnt do the sale. gave me another number. The other number picked after* calls. He gave me another number. area manager rajan. He gave no resolution had to call him repeatedly , he started shouting at me. So i pay for * months and i get yelled at for not getting the service that was promised. After so many calls, they came and installed, tis been ** hours now the service has not been activated and my billing cycle is running. I remoed my existing internet connection because of their promise.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
