Jio Fiber Reliance Jio - Jio fiber Relocation not done more than 2 weeks

I had got an offer of jio fiber free ** days plan and when I asked them to do it they said it will charge ***rs and it is refundable amount after that I shifted my room and i wanted to relocate the JioFiber and i requested relocation through their app and the executive called me and asked for location I sent him current location, after some time he called me back and said that , "relocation is not possible at your address as it is far away from where I live " , then I asked him then when will I get the relocation he said I don't know and told me that you can get or cannot didn't cleared my issue , i called jio helpline they told me that the executive will come from * days they are telling me the same and I am getting message regarding the relocation schedule but I am not getting any call regarding the relocation, and when I told them to cancel and refund my ***rs now they are saying that the *** rs are non refundable, At first they asked me *** rs refundable as security deposit and now they are denying and saying that it will run till ** days but they actually wasted my **-** days as I have raised relocation from **-** days , very bad service by airfiber ground support
