I have taken Jio fiber connection. In this landline connection is also there . It's not working for last few weeks. I am trying to raise complaint but it's just keep asking press * ,* etc. After heavy struggle I was able to talk to one executive, he said within ** hrs your issue will be resolved. Till now nothing has been done. Biggest harassment is that no one visit to check the fault. Nor We can contact anyone. Very poor and torchering customer service. No one is even calling back.
