We had a Jio Fiber connection which was surrendered on **Aug****. Service Request SR*****CWI*Q was raised to return Router etc and to Refund Security Deposits. Jio Fiber automatically closed this SR without pick up of old devices. One more SR was raised for this Delay and to return old Devices, but again same story, within ** hrs Jio close SR automatically. We call Customer care they reopen SR and then close it automatically. This cycle happened many times and issue is still not resolved. Old devices are not taken back by Jio and our Security Deposit is not refunded.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
