Since long time i am facing trouble with the provider as my internet is not working. Inspite of repeated services requests, there is no engineer visit and resolution. Although everytime they sent me engineer visit schedule, no one shows up from their side.They only post ' fake engineer visits' which never happened and closed the service request with fake resolution tag. But they are fast in sending montly bill for the internet usage i never used.I tried to contact them many times, but they every time send me new service log and the same story repeats.Please resolve my situation as i am very stressed because of the situation.
