For the past year I'm using jiofiber one day the cable from pole to my home was severed at the time the service person my connection is not in allocated area, i dialed the area manager for this he was very rude and said the person who provided the connection to me is not working with jio anymore he added by a single mail he can cancel my connection. And then the service person asked for OTP stating it is for service verification later I came to know that the OTP is for change registered mobile of mine to the service person with that the service person initiated cancellation steps without my consent.
After this i decided not stay with jio anymore i went ahead with cancellation no one has shown up for device pickup even after back and fourth multiple times in mail. They are saying they can't connect with me I have provided my primary number, secondary number and address as well. This is happening for more than * months now. Please help me with this
