Hijam Gyaneswar Singh filed complaint against Jio on Aug 6, 2024
I initially ordered Jio Fiber, but due to coverage issues in my area, they switched my order to Jio Air Fiber. I requested a refund, and they assured me that I would receive it within ** working days. Despite waiting, no refund was issued. After contacting them again, they asked me to wait an additional ** hours, but still, nothing was resolved.
After ** days without receiving a refund, I asked them to go ahead with the Jio Air Fiber installation. A technician arrived *-* days later to verify my identification, and I paid the remaining amount of ₹*,***, bringing the total paid to ₹*,***. After successful payment and verification, they scheduled an installation appointment for the next day. However, the installation still hasn't been completed.
Jio is misleading customers with false promises of quick service, claiming installation will be done within * hours. I am attaching screenshots of the messages I received as proof. Please take action against Jio for this deceptive practice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
