Issue
I had a ticket from Jakarta to New Delhi Jakarta to Delhi on ** May ****. I received an email saying all jet airways flights have been cancelled and grounded due to which I applied for a ***% refund which was the course of action which was decided by the airline. its been a year and i havent received my refund yet.
