I am nishant agarwal one of frequent flyer (jet privilege) using jet airways service for domestic and international travelling.
with respect to my previous experience of your service I decided to fly with jet airways airline for my wedding along with my **-other guest.
I booked my flight in June **** for my wedding in january **** (that's like almost * months in advance).
I booked a direct flight from kolkata to indore and return as follows: -

All my booking and planning were made accordingly with respect to the above timing.
Now * month before I got a mail that flight timings are changed, and I was given a hoping flight via Delhi.

this was not acceptable because I have so many guests who I need to take care along with other arrangement, but I was not given any option rather than cancelling my booking but yet I didn’t cancel and decided to go ahead.
Now again I am getting communications for another flight timing change.

Now if you see pnr “bufezz” , it is reaching Delhi at **.** pm and leaving from Delhi at *.** am (this means flight is leaving from Delhi earlier than when we are reaching).
Also, this is not acceptable to have two different timing for all my guest.
what kind of service is this? being a loyal customer to jet airways is this what I should be expecting? they are ruining my wedding now. Shame on their company for making me regret choosing their airline for such important occasion of my life.
Now, while I was writing this whole incident I got another time changing mail on pnr “otmusk “
