Rafi us shan filed complaint against Jeeves consumer services on Aug 14, 2020
I bought a Tv from flipkart and took extended warranty from flipkart's partner Jeeves. some days back I faced some issue in my Tv, then contacted jeeves to repair that, after some days they told, product part pending and we will arrange part then rectify the issue but already * month completed and part not available with jeeves.
and after continued follow-up on mail with * reminder and also by call to jeeves team for request to arrangment part of my product but they everytime told same thing "part not available"
Sir/madam,
Already * months completed to claim request and jeeves told same thing that, parts not available. And have already send mail to jeeves team for intimate refund or replacement of my product as per jeeves policy rules.
But they everytime mentioned we will resolve the issue after availability of part.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
