Due to battery my jeep vehicle wasn't able to start, called Road side assistance from Jeep, the assigned mechanic was incapable of jump starting the car destroyed my Jeep engine. Jeep took my car for service on May ** and until today Jul **, I haven't got an estimate on when my car will be ready.
It has been ** days since Jeep took my car for service all I get is a standard response. That they don't have an estimate.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
