I have installed * jaquar shower panels in my home in * different bathrooms. When hot water was not coming from them(in warranty) i lodged a service call in jaquar toll free number on **/**/****. On **/**/**** they sent a representative who checked them and mentioned cartridges in both of them are damaged and we will replace them and gave me a job card mentioning the problems of catridges in it. Since then there is no response from their side not even a single phone call. i have repeatedly called them *-* times and what all i got is different- different dates of assurance of completion. Nothing has been done yet.
i am very much regretting my decision of buying jaquar as i cant use hot water in winters even geyser is there. out of helplessness i came here for help.
