On **/**/**** at **.** pm I made payment of Rs.****.** to M/s. Le Travenues Technologies Pvt Ltd through BHIM UPI against booking of a train ticket using Ixigo App vide transaction ID ************..
The said booking failed, but the money has not been refunded to me so far whereas in such cases the company assures that the refund will be done seamlessly within * hour of the transaction.
Further, the money was successfully credited to the account of the beneficiary but it is shown in the 'Failed transaction' section of Ixigo App.
Phone calls are never picked up at Ixigo customer care and emails are never replied.
Kindly help me to get the refund at the earliest.
