ONE TICKET OF MY GRANDFATHER BOOKED ON *TH AUGUST **** AS THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY GAVE TWO OPTION CANCEL GET FULL REFUND OR CHANGE ANOTHER AS YOUR WISH , OPTED FOR FULL REFUND AND MAILED TO AGENCY NO RESPONSE TILL TODAY NEITHER IN MAIL NOR CALL AND * MORE TICKETS BOOKED ON **/** DECEMBER **** INDIGO AND ONE WAS NOT BOOKED DUE TO SOME PROBLEM IN TRAVEL AGENCY SERVER MONEY GOT DEDUCTED AND SAID WILL REFUND ** TO ** DAYS BEEN MONTHS NOT RECEIVED AND * TICKETS TO FROM OF ME AND MY MOM CHENNAI TO JODHPUR *ST FEB **** JODHPUR TO CHENNAI **FEB **** AS THE FEB ** FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED BY AIRLINES SO ASKED SAME TWO OPTIONS OPTED FOR FULL REFUND TICKET OF *ST FEB WE WERE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL AS BOTH TESTED POSITIVE AND SO SENT REPORT AND TICKET TO AIRLINE THEY TOLD WILL GIVE FULL REFUND AND EVEN WE DINT RECEIVE THAT AMOUNT . TOTAL * TICKETS AND DID NOT GET REFUND OF ANY ONE TICKET AND NO RESPONSE , I REQUEST PLEASE HELP TO GET REFUND OF ALL * TICKETS AS I PURCHASED FROM CREDIT CARD AND I AM JUST STUDENT AND HAVE LOT OF DUES TO BE PAID IF GET REFUND WILL BE VERY MUCH HELPFUL AND ALSO REQUEST CHARGE INTEREST AND MORE IN CHEATING /FRAUDING/LYING WITH CONSUMER
