my father bought a juicer mixer from naaptol television advertisment. he received the package but that was incomplete and as per amount was *** inr but he asked to pay **** inr. he is not that much literate so he can't be aable to make any complaint so when i came back to my home from delhi. i just informed to naaptol after * days regarding the same issue but they asked me to wait for * days , as per request i wait but I received call back and they denied to give rest of the items and denied to make any complaint as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
