I ordered food from Bikkgani Biryani and the order was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant to check this and they confirmed they have packed the full order and they claimed maybe the delivery partner took the order. Swiggy has no toll free number to contact and resolve such issues they direct to a email support whenever you take help and support. Now they are responding back that refund cannot be initiated you can rate the restaurant for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
