I sent my parcel through Delhivery service from Pune to Ranchi (AWB-*************), and I was expecting to receive the package in its original condition. But it was shocking to see the condition of the parcel, as it was broken and damaged.
When the delivery executive delivered the parcel, I asked him why is the box damaged so badly and he didn't know anything about it. There were cuts made on one side of the box with malafide intentions, and soon after unboxing it I realised half of the items were missing. Please find the attached image of the parcel on its received condition. After that I tried contacting my delivery agent, but couldn't reach him.
There were clear cuts made and items were stolen, and I've been trying to contact the customer support for over a month now, and they are not doing anything about it. I suffered a loss of more than **** rupees. And there's no way for me to get justice. PLEASE HELP.
